Tracie Harris

My name is Tracie Harris and I am excited to be at Southaven Middle School this year!

I grew up in a small town called Coldwater, MS.  I am a proud graduate of the University of Mississippi where I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. 

I am very family oriented and enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am anxious to be a Southaven Charger and cannot wait to take on this adventure!

Education and Experience:

This year will be my 9th year in Education. Prior to teaching middle school, I spent two years teaching preschool at Mary Cathey Headstart in Oxford, MS. After graduating with my Master's degree, I began my journey as a middle school Science teacher in Batesville, MS where I taught both 6th and 8th grade Science.
